For when life doesn’t follow the itinerary

Cancellation Flex gives you the option to cancel your trip for reasons not covered by your standard cancellation cover, such as changes in financial circumstances or simply not wanting to travel.*

Designed to give you extra freedom, Cancellation Flex lets you claim back up to 70% of your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs.

Cancellation Flex sits along side your standard cancellation cover, which applies for listed reasons such as you or a close family member falling ill.

Applies to trips that:

Are paid for no more than 48 hours before you purchased your travel insurance policy

Are cancelled at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure date

Are booked no more than 12 months in advance and at least 7 days before the scheduled departure time
