Wanda Plus Roam by Avios eSIM Data Benefit - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") allow eligible customers of a qualifying Wanda by Avios Wanda Plus travel insurance policy (“Policy”) purchase to gain 10GB Global Roam by Avios eSIM Data (“Benefit”).

This Benefit is offered by Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073 ("Wanda by Avios", "Wanda", "we", "us", "our", “AGL”).This Benefit is subject to change or withdrawal at any time, without notice, prior to the purchase of a Policy or on renewal of a Policy and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By purchasing a Policy, you agree to these Terms.


2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for the Benefit (“Eligible Participant”), participants must:
- 2.1.1 have purchased a Policy; and
- 2.1.2 be the main traveller, as listed on the policy schedule for the Policy, which outlines the information you have provided and the details of your cover under your Policy.


3. Benefit allowance, activation and usage

3.1 Eligible Participants will be eligible to receive 10GB of Global mobile data via the Roam by Avios eSIM, redeemable once per eligible annual Policy term.

3.2 Data is valid in all countries listed under the Global Plan on roamavios.co.uk. Coverage details are subject to change and should be verified regularly.

3.3. Within 15 days of purchasing a Policy, provided the Policy has not been cancelled, Eligible Participants will receive an email with instructions and a unique link containing the activation instructions for the Roam by Avios eSIM.

3.4 The eSIM must be redeemed and activated with Roam by Avios within 12 months from the date your Policy was purchased.

3.5. The Roam by Avios eSIM must be activated and used in accordance with the instructions and any terms of service provided by roamavios.co.uk.

3.6 Technical compatibility and device eligibility are the responsibility of the Eligible Participant.

3.7 The allowance, including any unused data, will be terminated at the end of the Policy term.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 If a Policy is cancelled within its cooling-off period, Wanda by Avios reserves the right to restrict access to the Benefit, including any unused data associated with Benefit.

4.2 If the Policy is cancelled after the cooling-off period, Wanda by Avios may, at its discretion, also restrict access to unused portions of the Benefit.


5. Promotions and Discounts

5.1  In addition to the 10GB of Global mobile data, Wanda by Avios may offer additional promotional discounts or adjustments to the Benefit on an ad hoc basis.

5.2 Such promotions are not guaranteed and may be subject to separate terms.


6. Modifications and Termination

6.1  Wanda by Avios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Benefit prior to the purchase of a Policy or on renewal of a Policy at any time without notice.

6.2 Any such changes will not affect existing Eligible Participants during their current annual Policy term, except where legally required.


7. General

7.1 This Benefit is provided as part of the Policy and has no standalone cash value.

7.2 Misuse of the Benefit, including resale or unauthorised sharing of eSIM data, may result in termination of access and/or cancellation of the Benefit.

8. Third Party Services

8.1 While we are the distributor of Roam by Avios eSIMs and data plans under the Benefit, the eSIM and data plan is operated and maintained through our third-party partner, Gigs Wireless LLC (“Gigs”).  We do not have control over its content, functionality, or availability.

8.2 Your use of the Roam by Avios eSIM and data plan is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any other applicable policies of Gigs.

8.3 By using the Benefit, you also accept and agree to be bound by these terms. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Gigs’s terms prior to using the Benefit.

8.4 We make no warranties or representations regarding the service provided by Gigs and disclaim all liability arising from your use of it.

10. Governing Law

This Benefit shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. AGL does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Benefit.
