Wanda Plus Bonus Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms & conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotion whereby eligible customers of a qualifying Wanda by Avios Wanda Plus travel insurance policy (“Policy”) earns Avios bonuses when purchasing or renewing their Policy ("Bonus Promotion").

This Bonus Promotion is offered by Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073 ("Wanda by Avios", "Wanda", "we", "us", "our", “AGL”).

This Bonus Promotion is subject to change or withdrawal at any time, without notice, prior to the purchase of a Policy or the renewal of a Policy and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By purchasing a Policy, you agree to these Terms.


2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for the Bonus Promotion (“Eligible Participant”), participants must:
- 2.1.1 have purchased a Policy and not cancelled the Policy before the end of the first 14 days;
- 2.1.2 be the main traveller, as listed on the policy schedule, which outlines the information you have provided  and the details of your cover under your Policy;
- 2.1.3 be a member of the British Airways Club; and
- 2.1.4 have linked their British Airways Club account to their Policy within 60 days post purchasing a Policy.


3. Avios Award 

3.1. Eligible Participants who purchase a Policy will be awarded 3,000 Avios once their Policy has been active for 14 days.

3.2 Avios may take up to 60 days from the date of the award to appear in the Eligible Participant’s British Airways Club account.

4. Modifications & Termination

4.1. Wanda by Avios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Bonus Promotion at any time prior to the purchase of a Policy or on renewal of a Policy.

4.2 No cash alternative or transfer of Avios is available under this Bonus Promotion.


5. General Terms

5.1. Wanda by Avios’s decision on any matters relating to this Bonus Promotion is final and binding and we will not enter into correspondence with customers (or their representatives) about it.


6. Governing Law

This Bonus Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. AGL does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Bonus Promotion.
