Wanda Plus ClassPass Benefit - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") allow eligible customers of a qualifying Wanda by Avios Wanda Plus travel insurance policy (“Policy”) to gain a ClassPass membership benefit (“Benefit”).

This Benefit is offered by Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073 (“Wanda by Avios”).

This Benefit is subject to change or withdrawal at any time, without notice, prior to the purchase of a Policy or on renewal of a Policy and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so.

By purchasing a Policy, you agree to these Terms.


2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to use the Benefit (“Eligible Participant”), participants must, at the time of Benefit activation:
- 2.1.1 have an active Policy;
- 2.1.2 be the main traveller, as listed on the policy schedule, which outlines the information you have provided and the details of your cover under your Policy; and
- 2.1.3 be aged 18 & over and must be residents of the United Kingdom.

2.2 Any Eligible Participant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a manner deemed unfair by Wanda by Avios may have the benefit revoked at the sole discretion of Wanda by Avios.


3. Benefit

3.1 Eligible Participants who are new to ClassPass will gain:
- 3.1.1 For Greater London residents, an extended 1-month trial with 5 bonus credits (57 credits total), during which access to some venues may be restricted as per ClassPass terms and conditions, found at https://classpass.com/terms/gbr
- 3.1.2 For UK residents outside of Greater London, an extended 1-month trial with 5 bonus credits (30 credits total), during which access to some venues may be restricted as per ClassPass terms and conditions, found at https://classpass.com/terms/gbr

3.2 Eligible Participants who are existing ClassPass customers will gain a one-off top up of 15 credits to their existing ClassPass account on the next monthly cycle upon choosing to upgrade theirexisting plan.

3.3 Credits will be subject to usage and rollover terms that are included in ClassPass Terms & Conditions found at https://classpass.com/terms/gbr.
- 3.3.1 The availability of ClassPass experiences is managed directly by ClassPass and may change or be restricted at different times
- 3.3.2 Credits can be redeemed at all eligible ClassPass offers globally where available
- 3.3.3 Customer support related to ClassPass will be provided by ClassPass

3.4 Additional discounts on ClassPass plans may be available to members, at the sole discretion of Wanda by Avios.

3.5 The use of ClassPass is subject to the ClassPass terms & conditions available at https://classpass.com/terms/gbr.

3.6 The Benefit is only available once per annual Policy term.


4. Accessing the Benefit

4.1  To obtain the credits, Eligible Participants must sign-up to ClassPass with the same email used to purchase their Policy.

4.2 Within 15 days of purchasing a Policy, provided the Policy has not been cancelled, Eligible Participants will receive an email with instructions to apply their credits to their new or existing ClassPass account.


5. Cancelling your Policy

5.1 If you cancel your Policy at any time, no further ClassPass credits will be credited and any unused credits already credited will be forfeited.


6. Modifications and Termination

6.1  Wanda by Avios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this Benefit prior to the purchase of a Policy or on renewal of a Policy at any time without notice.

6.2 Any such changes will not affect existing Eligible Participants during their current annual Policy term, except where legally required.


7. Liability

7.1 Wanda by Avios accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the ClassPass offer, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.2 Wanda by Avios accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.

7.3 Wanda by Avios is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by customers, including but not limited to travel expenses, unless otherwise specified.

7.4 These Terms apply to every eligible customer with no exceptions.

7.5 If any of these Terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

7.6 Promotional materials form part of these Terms. These Terms will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.


8. Third Party Services

8.1 The ClassPass service or product you are accessing is operated and maintained by a third party, and we do not have control over its content, functionality, or availability.

8.2 Your use of the third-party service is subject to and governed by the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any other applicable policies of the third-party provider.

8.3 By accepting these Terms using the product, you also accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party provider.

8.4 We make no warranties or representations regarding the third-party service and disclaim all liability arising from your use of it.You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the third party’s terms prior to using their services.


9. Governing Law

This Benefit shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. AGL does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Benefit.
