100 Avios Sign-up Incentive - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the promotion whereby eligible participants receive 100 Avios for signing up to our mailing list ("Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. This offer of Avios for this Promotion is provided by Avios Group (AGL) Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside PO Box 365, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally resident in a country where participation is permitted by law.

2.2 Employees of Avios Group (AGL) Limited, its affiliates, or agents involved in the Promotion are not eligible to participate.    

2.3 Only UK residents are eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion begins on May 15, 2025 and will continue until the earlier of:
● The issuance of 100 Avios to the first 5,000 sign-ups; or
● Avios Group (AGL) Limited deciding to terminate the Promotion at its discretion.

‍4. How to Participate

4.1 To receive 100 Avios, individuals must:
● Sign up to our mailing list using a valid email address during the limited time Promotion period.
● Ensure the email provided is not already subscribed to our mailing list. Only new email subscriptions will be accepted.

4.2 Each individual may only participate once. Multiple sign-ups using different email addresses by the same person will not be eligible.

‍5. Avios Issuance

5.1 Avios will be credited within 60 days of successful sign-up.

5.2 The Avios will be awarded to the email address used to sign up and must be linked to a valid British Airways Club account.

5.3 Avios are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for any other reward.

‍6. General Conditions

6.1 The Promotion is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of Avios Group (AGL) Limited.

6.2 Fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate sign-ups will be disqualified.

6.3 Avios Group (AGL) Limited reserves the right to revoke Avios from participants found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

6.4 By participating, you consent to receive marketing communications from Avios Group (AGL) Limited , which you may opt out of at anytime.

‍7. Liability

7.1 Avios Group (AGL) Limited shall not be liable for any technical malfunctions, website downtime, or system errors that prevent participation.

7.2 Participants agree to hold Avios Group (AGL) Limited harmless from any claims or damages arising from their participation in the Promotion.

‍8. Governing Law
