Wanda Plus Prize Draw - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms & conditions (“Terms”) govern the prize draw promotion (the "Prize Draw") whereby eligible customers of a qualifying Wanda by Avios Wanda Plus travel insurance policy (“Policy”) are able to take part in our prize draw.

These terms and conditions, together with any specific rules set out in any communications relating to the prize draws, are the prize draw rules (“Rules”) and apply to this promotion. By entering this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Rules and any other applicable instructions.

This Prize Draw is offered and run by Avios Group (AGL) Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales and whose registered office is at Waterside Speedbird Way, Harmondsworth, United Kingdom UB7 0GB registered Company no. 02260073 ("Wanda by Avios", "Wanda", "we", "us", "our", “AGL”). Wanda by Avios reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draws and/or the Rules without prior notice.

AGL reserves the right to change or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time, without notice, and without any liability to Eligible Participants for doing so. No cash alternative or transfer of Avios is available under the Prize Draw.

By purchasing a Policy, you agree to these Terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw, the decision of Wanda by Avios shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.


2. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible for Prize Draw entry in a particular month (“Eligible Participant”), participants must, at the time of the draw:
- 2.1.1 hold an active Policy that has not been cancelled in the cooling off period;
- 2.1.2 be a resident of the United Kingdom;
- 2.1.3 be the main traveller, as listed on the policy schedule for the Policy, which outlines the information you have provided and the details of your cover under your Policy;
- 2.1.4 be a member of the British Airways Club;
- 2.1.5 have linked their British Airways Club account to their Policy; a
- 2.1.6  not be an employee, immediate family of an employee, or an agent of AGL or any of its associated companies.

2.2 Only one entry per calendar month is available for each Policy. Additional entries may be granted to Eligible Participants at the discretion of AGL.

2.3 Entry to the prize draws is open to Eligible Participants at no extra cost to the amount paid for the Policy.

2.4 One prize draw will occur each calendar month while the promotion is active.

2.5  In the event that any entries are received from participants who are not Eligible Participants, they will not be entered into the draw, and no prizes shall be awarded to these participants.

2.6 To enter into a prize draw, Eligible Participants must manually enter into each prize draw through the link that will be shared to their Policy’s corresponding email address. Entry is not automated.

2.7 Any Eligible Participant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides fraudulent information, or otherwise acts in a manner deemed unfair by Wanda by Avios may be disqualified from a prize draw and any future prize draw at the sole discretion of Wanda by Avios. Wanda by Avios reserves the right to debit any Avios already awarded at the time a breach to these terms and conditions is discovered.

2.8 Wanda by Avios accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond its control.

2.9 By entering the Prize Draw, you warrant that all information submitted is accurate, current, and complete.


3. Prizes & Awards

3.1 Eligible Participants will gain 1 entry each calendar month and have the opportunity to win up to 1 million Avios. Winners are selected at random and will be notified immediately.

3.2 Customers may earn additional entries through optional actions that may change on a monthly basis (such as providing details about their next trip).

3.3 Eligible Participants are restricted to win 1 Million Avios a maximum of once per Policy period.

3.4 AGL, at its sole discretion, may include additional bonus prizes at various points along the Policy.


4. Data Protection and Publicity

4.1 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the reasonable use of your name and image in promotional materials produced by or on behalf of Wanda by Avios, should you win. Any such use will be in line with applicable data protection laws.

4.2 Personal data collected as part of the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the Wanda by Avios privacy policy, which can be found here.

4.3 Wanda by Avios reserves the right to withdraw or modify the Prize Draw and its associated terms to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.


5. Liability

5.1 Wanda by Avios accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the Prize Draw or accepting a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

5.2 Wanda by Avios accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.

5.3 Wanda by Avios is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel expenses, unless otherwise specified.

5.4 These Rules apply to every Eligible Participant entering the competition with no exceptions.

5.5 If any of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Rules shall remain valid and enforceable.

5.6 Promotional materials form part of these Rules. These Rules will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.


6. Jurisdiction

This Prize Draw shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. AGL does not assume any responsibility for any typographical or other error in the administration of the Prize Draw.
